Philadelphia Grand Jury: So you think you can Philly Jays? Getting personal at up-close venues around the country, the Philly Jays will be creating their very own karaoke bars where some lucky fans will be able to get up on stage and join the band to sing their favourite Philadelphia Grand Jury song. Brush up on your Philly Jays lyrics and start warming up your vocal chords – it’s gonna be one heck of a show.

Strictly Gershwin: The Queensland Ballet will be performing a tribute to the music of George Gershwin in Strictly Gershwin – taking place at QPAC’s Lyric Theatre. The Queensland Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Gareth Valentine will evoke the big band style of the 1930s while imagery of the likes of Astaire and Rogers, Hepburn, Bogie, Bacall and more are screened above.

Camp Cope: To celebrate the release of their debut self-titled record, Melbourne punk trio Camp Cope are coming back to Brisbane’s Crow Bar in the Fortitude Valley to perform a swag of new tunes. Joining them will be We Set Sail, Marville, Hanny J and Muddy Chanter.
