In 2014 the inaugural Sunnybank $2 Food Trail event was a massive success, so it’s a no-brainer that the 2015 event is set to be bigger and better. Over 30 vendors will be cooking up a storm to keep the thousands of hungry punters fed from 2:00 pm on Saturday June 20 as Sunnybank Plaza and Sunny Park turn into cheap-eat central. Each of the local food establishments will be preparing $2 tasting plates for patrons to enjoy, including authentic flavours from all across Asia.

If you are craving some Chinese, jonesing for Japanese or hankering for some Hong Kong style cuisine, skip lunch on Saturday and go wild. The precinct will be extending trading hours so you can get your fill, plus the evening will also feature live music, lion dances and roaming entertainment. There is no other event that offers such a variety of food for such a little price – you’d be a fool to miss it!
