The butcher is a purveyor of organic meats and has been selling organic meat for 15 years. The couple’s Paddington store set just off Latrobe Terrace is stocked with healthy, safe, natural and nutritious meat products, alongside a selection of deli goods and barbecue tools. The Meat-ting Place has become the leading processor of organic meat in Queensland – with all provisions grown by local farmers who share the owners’ philosophies.
