It’s said that good things come in small packages and Palm Beach’s brand-new caffeination station is definitive proof. ittybar Caffeine popped up in a tiny nook on Eighth Avenue, with the view to give back to the community by way of excellent espresso, caramel slice and jovial hospitality. It’s the small space with a big personality, featuring a striking pressed aluminum exterior alongside pops of greenery and quirky little oddities such as the copper Elektra Belle coffee machine that was imported directly from Italy. Flowing through the impressive machine is Black Drum Roasters 6Eight blend, which is a great all-rounder for espresso, milk-based coffee as well as milk alternatives. There’s also an Ethiopian single origin for filter drinkers as well as a slow-drip cold brew. Oh, and do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a piece of the caramel slice. You won’t regret it!
