The Gold Coast’s newest cocktail bar, FINEPRINTCO Art Bar is bringing tailored tipples and fine art to Southport’s Brickworks. Combining the creativity of hand-crafted, personalised cocktails with the opportunity to shop fine art, FINEPRINTCO Art Bar is the brainchild of Gold Coast locals Leanne Pearce and Jasmine Smith. The notable talent that dons the walls of this artisan gallery bar is matched by the mixtures, carefully curated with an extensive list of European-inspired cocktails and FINEPRINTCO’s take on the classics. Featuring cocktails such as ‘Life in the Bahamas’, which includes a delicious mix of Caribbean rum, toasted coconut, salted mango and habanero or ‘Eye of the Beholder’, mixing tequila reposado, swiss apertif, Australian vermouth, grilled pear and butter, which perfectly complement Slim Aarons iconic prints. There is also an extensive list of non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, spirits and a seperate martini menu.
