The Weekend Edition is thrilled to be an official partner of Night Feast and we’re bringing you an inside look at the creative minds participating in this culinary extravaganza with documentary-style video series, The Alchemists. Episode three presents experimental gin distiller Ashely Mellor, one of the masterminds behind Nosferatu Distillery. Go behind the scenes to discover her process in creating gin that pairs perfectly with food (as well as Nosferatu’s vampire-folklore inspirations) and be sure to sample some of her concoctions at Night Feast this October.
