Asa Boardman, Venue Owner and Graffiti Artist, The Kettle and Tin

Work hard at something you enjoy and the rest takes care of itself ...

Asa Boardman feels most at home when he’s behind a bar. Whether he’s doing dishes, taking the bill or welcoming folk as they enter his new locale, The Kettle and Tin, Asa spends each waking minute perfecting the trade his loves most. Following the creation of first cafe The Ponycat, Asa officially opened The Kettle and Tin in Paddington this week, bringing a little night-time fanfare to sleepy Given Terrace. A cafe-meets-restaurant-meets-bar mix, The Kettle and Tin takes a relaxed, casual approach to social degustation. The Weekend Edition caught up with Asa among the flurry of this new Paddington haunt to chat weekend essentials.
