Merriweather sources its fresh produce through Food Connect, with the vibrant heirloom tomatoes, crispy cucumbers, fresh corn kernels and basil in this wholesome morning meal all coming from local farmers. The pepita pesto has been made in-house, along with the dense slab of toasted corn bread. Merriweather has also begun bottling its own homemade jams and relishes, which make a perfect post-brunch treat to fill the larder or gift to a friend.
