Wilde Flora

Roomed in a sunny corner of South Brisbane, Wilde Flora is occupied by stunning blooms and ornate arrangements. Amid the hanging leaves and petals that summon you inside, you’ll find plants growing in eggshells, kokedama moss balls made in the Japanese tradition, lush succulents and vibrantly coloured blossoms at every view. In addition to catering to events and customers’ gift-giving needs, the charming flower shop also encourages sustainability – foraging and trading from local neighbourhood gardens. Wilde Flora’s organic micro nursery nurtures precious seedlings and propagated specimens for terrariums, using organic soil and its own compost and worm tea. You won’t find any imported flowers, plastic wrap or toxic floral foams in the store – recycled papers and organic cotton ribbons are present instead. Look out for upcoming workshops.
