Coffee enthusiast and barista extraordinaire Aydan Marriott opened up Wake Up Speicalty Coffee in the heart of The Myer Centre to bring forward some quality beans for inner-city shoppers. The menu has been designed to offer a wide appeal, with global blends and single origin brews made from beans sourced from sustainable farms and ethical suppliers. Beyond the brews, Wake Up Specialty Coffee offers colourful almond blue lattes, turmeric lattes and matcha lattes, healthy smoothies, grab-and-go bites and whole-food treats.
