Wagaya

Wagaya’s Brisbane restaurant is the younger brother of its Sydney counterpart but no less tasty. Offering a dizzying array of Japanese cuisine, here you can choose from traditional sashimi in sculptural peaks, as well as banquets, where you can savour delights and flavours you may have never experienced. The meal itself is made all the better thanks to the accompanying slick interiors and the quirky ability to order via touch screens. Service here is incredibly fast and efficient and amongst the fusion of traditional and modern, there is the opportunity to dabble in a dangerous game of Sushian Roulette.
