Everton Park welcomed a new shopping complex to its midst in 2015 and embraced Vito’s Espresso Bar along with it. Vito Mandrano operated delis in Italy before moving to Australia to pursue his dream of owning his own eatery. Vito’s Espresso Bar serves up an extensive menu of breakfast and lunch options that blend modern Australian favourites with Italian flavours that cater to many tastes. Brekkie bruschetta, paninos and frittatas are available at breakfast alongside the usual favourites, while lunch ups the ante with meals such as the Italian gourmet burger with Italian sausage and garlic aioli, roast lamb baguettes and antipasto roll ups. Vito’s offers a range of shakes and frappes to wash it all down, as well as fine coffee from Segafredo. Everything is made from fresh ingredients delivered daily, so you can be assured that Vito’s is a high quality, cosmopolitan cafe in a suburban setting.
