Accolades line the walls of Rosalie’s supplier of meaty cuts, Village Meats, indicating the quality of the store’s produce. Many of the butcher’s medals are owed to its signature sausages, of which there are more than 40 to choose from. The award-winning snags are regularly made using Bangalow sweet pork, while Bangalow bacon is smoked in-house. Popular items include pastrami, wagyu beef and wagyu corned silverside. The sausages from Village Meats are made by hand using natural casings to enclose the delicious combinations of ingredients.
