Uniqlo looks to the Japanese values of simplicity, quality and longevity when designing its clothes, renowned for its high-quality, stylish and affordable basics. The label also works to develop a range of innovative technologies in its fabrics to increase factors such as warmth, breathability and comfort. The Brisbane stores will stock Uniqlo’s full range of products, starting with the new spring/summer range. Brisbane City and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre will be the locations of the first Queensland stores, coming off the back of the success Uniqlo has achieved in Australia since opening in Melbourne last year. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre will house a smaller store to Brisbane City on its second level. Look out on The Weekend Edition for official opening dates in the coming months.
