Tomcat is the latest project from Chris Denman and Stevie Waite (previously behind The Manhattan Line and Fourth Wall), which saw the project kept under wraps until the duo announced the location via text to opening-night invitees two hours before it opened in late September 2016. The space is a dual concept, with Tomcat offering a relaxed house-party vibe with food, and the hidden speakeasy-style The Boiler Room pouring high-end cocktails and spirits. The bar also partners with Rémy Martin to offer cognac bottle service, where you can purchase a bottle to keep aside for every visit. Peckish patrons can tuck into wood-fired pizzas from Tomcat’s kitchen or can opt for charcuterie boards and cheese plates over in The Boiler Room.
