Tomahawk Jerky is the brainchild of two passionate jerky makers Trent and Joss Steinberg and Bradley and Lauren Summerson, who have spent the better part of a year refining and honing in on their recipes for jerky that is unlike any jerky on the market. The team opened up a production facility and shop on Main Street in Kangaroo Point, luring in patrons with the scent of fresh jerky and plenty of free samples to try. Tomahawk Jerky currently stocks three flavours of premium jerky – an original flavour that comes with a hint of garlic, a sweet variety flavoured with dark brown sugar, and a spicy jerky coated in fresh chilli sourced from the Rocklea Markets. Trent and Bradley take great care to ensure that the jerky is as delicious as it can be, sourcing local produce, hand slicing the meat and dehydrating it overnight to create a texture that is unrivalled in the local scene. Tomahawk Jerky is made with no preservatives and is gluten free and allergen friendly.
