In May 2016, Anh Ho opened Thirty Seven Cafe in Bundama to strong local support. The intimate café offers a range of dishes informed by Anh’s Asian palate and Australian upbringing – merging styles and tastes to create a unique and flavoursome menu offering for breakfast and lunch. All-day options include spicy chicken sliders with slaw and sriracha mayo, beef stew, fresh New Zealand hoki, sweet and savoury waffles and an impressive platter of good from the farm – think enough bacon, chorizo, eggs, potato cakes, haloumi and sourdough to feed three. Little ones can tuck into ham and cheese toasties, bacon and eggs or fish and chips, while the parents can sip on Merlo Coffee, green chai iced latte, juices and smoothies.
