The Terrace by e’cco


A few months removed from opening its stunning Newstead location on Skyring Terrace, the e’cco bistro kept the momentum going for a new outdoor addition. Just before the start of summer, owners Philip Johnson, Mary Randles and head chef Gert Pretorius unveiled a new casual bar and eatery next to their acclaimed restaurant called The Terrace by e’cco. The 50-seat venue boasts a breezy alfresco area with long timber tables serves South-East Asian eats from the e’cco kitchen. The menu encompasses a list of four-bite delights such as chargrilled broccolini, milk buns with chicken karaage, steamed barbecue pork buns and san choy bau, as well as shareable large plates like massaman coconut beef curry, master stock pork ribs and crispy salmon salad. Over at the bar, cheeky cocktails flow alongside a solid list of beer, wine and spirits.
