What do you get when three seasoned hospitality veterans join forces? You get the cosy Bowen Hills wine and tapas bar, The Stuffed Badger. After planning a joint project for five years, owners Pete, Terry and Tj opened The Stuffed Badger in May of 2017. Perfect for an intimate rendezvous or a lively group dinner, The Stuffed Badger is great for those seeking a more personalised dining experience. Every morning The Stuffed Badger opens for a breakfast offering of toasties and coffee from local roaster Scoutmaster, then when the sun sets it quickly turns to tapas time. Head chef Pete has crafted a menu of grazing bites, featuring the likes of four-cheese and serrano arancini, and beetroot-cured salmon with confit shallot and horseradish cream. With extensive experience in the industry, Terry and Tj will oversee the liquid delights, including concocting tailor-made cocktails. There is no set list – let the bar staff be your spirit guides (pun intended), or simply choose from the curated wine list or beer varieties on hand.
