The Pine Kitchen – Opening Soon

Fancy a Lebanese-spiced cheesecake? How about a Turkish delight or matcha and lime milkshake? This deliciousness can be yours so soon, when The Pine Kitchen opens at Brisbane Showgrounds’ The Green in the coming weeks. The eatery comes from Steve Darwich, who is drawing on his Lebanese heritage and Australian upbringing to create the cafe, melding modern classics with Lebanese flavours. The Pine Kitchen will definitely not be your standard Lebanese cafe – the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus will feature the likes of bircher muesli prepared with Middle Eastern spices, and sandwiches and burgers with Lebanese flavours, alongside traditional delicacies such as meze platters, fattoush and kebabs. The cafe will serve, exclusively for Brisbane, award-winning Frankie’s Beans coffee from Sydney, as well as creative milkshakes and other fun drinks.
