Yeronga’s The Hyde Out Bar & Eatery is proving popular with those seeking shelter and a shared platter or a tropical smoothie. Building owners Brooke and Spencer Lambert watched new businesses come and go in the Hyde Road allotment over the past few years, and finally decided to bite the bullet and open up their ideal locale alongside co-owners Dianne and Mick Bain. Regulars can ease into the day with a cup of Belaroma Coffee and chef Andrew McCabe’s nourishing fare. This suburban sanctuary dishes up breakfast, lunch and dinner – while a rotating selection of craft brews and local wines are served up alongside communal cocktails in mason jars.
