While sipping away on an Indian Monsoon Malabar, Mt Everest Organic or Ethiopian Yirgachef brew, expect intermingling wafts of fresh grinds and roasting coffee floating about. Overlooking old roasting machines, which include a French manual roster, potbelly roaster, early ball roaster and spherical roaster, the grungy premise pervades a workshop feel.
