The Bavarian

The Bavarian on Eagle Street welcomed a younger sibling into the world in mid-2017, when The Bavarian opened its doors at Westfield Chermside. Boasting a fast-service approach to Germanic hospitality, The Bavarian has quickly established itself as the best place in Brisbane’s north to celebrate like its Oktoberfest all year round. The open-plan space is great to rest in between stints of shopping, with a spacious bar pouring 17 beers off tap from the likes of Lowenbrau, Stiegl, Paulaner, and Franziskaner, as well as a range of craft beverages from Urban Craft Brewing Co. If it’s food that you are after, there is plenty of that as well. The kitchen cranks out Bavarian staples such as pork knuckle, crackling pork belly, sizzling sausages and stellar schnitzels, as well as a range of hotdogs, spiced-rubbed barbecue ribs, build-your-own salads, burgers, chicken wings, apple strudel and more.
