Tap & Crackle

Tap & Crackle is a relaxed and welcoming cafe, bar and restaurant owned and operated by Bulimba local Darryl Briskey, who opened the venue as a refuge for those seeking a spot with great atmosphere and fare to match. Offering Dibella coffee and breakfast in the morning, as well as tapas, beer, wine and cocktails in the evening, Tap & Crackle has bases covered. Tapas include Buffalo wings, chilli-salted calamari, pulled pork sliders and the house signature pork crackling and fried chicken, while breakfast bites range from classics to special dishes like the Nutella lamingtons with French toast and macerated strawberries and a Buddha bowl. A newly built deck is perfect for sunny breakfasts (dogs are welcome) and relaxing afternoon eating, and is also available for functions (customised packages available).
