Brisbane Showgrounds’ King Street dining precinct is continuing to grow, following the opening of The George Bar and Bistro, GG Espresso and Fat Dumpling in August 2016. Eat Gangnam’s Sunny Lim has brought her modern Kaiseki sushi train Sushi & Nori up from Sydney and Melbourne, serving premium sushi and modern Asian cuisine. – You’ll find a colourful selection of nigiri and roll sushi and sashimi, as well as premium plates such as the avocado and tuna tower and scallop ceviche. Hot dishes including gyoza, crab claws and agedashi tofu are also on offer, as well as hand rolls and bento boxes, all of which can be eaten in or taken away. Dinner service will commence as of Tuesday October 4.
