Coorparoo Square’s resident sushi train features all of the sushi classics, with a large selection of mini, medium and big rolls, nigiri, aburi, ships and maki hand rolls. Sushi Kiyo also offers a selection of black-rice rolls and fresh sashimi, and if you don’t see what you want on the train you can order from the handy iPads on every table. Hot meals of katsu don, teriyaki chicken and tempura prawn udon are also available, as well as traditional side dishes and Japanese desserts.
