Poke bowls and sushi burritos have found a home at South Bank’s Suki. Inspired by the healthy and fun food craze that swept the USA, owners Eddie Isik (of Olé Restaurant Group) and Leon McNiece decided to create Suki. The cute eatery’s concept is simple – you can either roll, or bowl. Start with that choice (your burrito can be wrapped in nori or tortilla), then select your base, move on to protein (think raw fish, karaage chicken, tofu or sticky beef), choose your sauce, fill it up with veggies then finish it off with fun toppings. And if all of that is too overwhelming, Suki has created its own combos for you! Just make sure you have your phone camera at the ready – these creations are seriously Instagrammable.
