M&A Lane welcomed a new face to its culinary collection in April 2019, when Korean BBQ restaurant Seoul Ssamm settled in in the space formerly occupied by Nikuya Japanese Restaurant. The space boasts a dark palette of materials, with timbers and black leather creating a moody vibe. A notable Korean artist Grafflex, who has collaborated with companies including Nike and Montblanc, as well as numerous K-Pop artists, has contributed pieces of art that adorn the walls of Seoul Ssamm. As for the food, Seoul Ssamm specialises in authentic Korean eats cooked lovingly over barbecue. Think sizzling wagyu and fresh organic vegetables, Korean dumplings and noodle soups paired with premium Hwayo soju and you’ve got a tantalising mixture.
