Alicia and Tino Martino started their Indonesian food business with a little ‘warung’ (a small food stall) in the middle of an industrial complex in Coopers Plains in 2010. Now Sendok Garpu is also serving up honest and authentic Indonesian cuisine to discerning and loyal diners in Indooroopilly. Sendok Garpu has brought in chef Nyoman Ari Triatmaja, who specialises in wok cooking, to introduce beautiful Indonesian fare to Brisbane diners. The wide selection of authentic fare draws its inspiration from the street stalls and markets of Indonesia, always using the freshest ingredients and aromatic spices. The menu is versatile and constantly evolving, embracing the best of regional and rural cuisines to satisfy even the most well-travelled palates.
