Sea Fuel
West End’s Sea Fuel is a great destination for fish and chips served with a little bit of extra care and pizazz. Located in the Glass Factory development on Vulture Street, the restaurant boasts a spacious, modern industrial design with a few quirky aqauatic touches on the walls. The family-run business has operated numerous fish and chip locations across Brisbane, and have sourced the best fish available from across Australia and New Zealand to feature on its menu. The menu caters to dine-in and takeaway eaters, with a selection of nine fish varieties including Patagonian toothfish, Cone Bay barramundi, Petuna ocean trout, and sea perch in addition to favourites such as calamari, prawn cutlets, octopus, fresh oysters and prawns. Burgers and other lunch options are available, as is a range of beer, wine and spirits for those looking to take their time.
