Established in 1967, Scattered Arts is Brisbane’s longest continually exhibiting artist’s cooperative and gallery space, run by artists for artists. Locally painted artworks hang in the gallery space, while a diverse range of handcrafted artisan products are displayed throughout, including handmade cards, knitted toys, children’s clothing, teapot cosies, pottery and jewellery. Scattered Arts also offers creative parties and art classes for adults and children, such as oil painting classes, watercolour classes and children’s art workshops.
