With an ever-changing menu and complex flavour combinations, Salt is renowned for serving up clever dishes in a relaxed setting, where appreciative locals can come together over modern Australian epicure. By day, the space is a buzzing breakfast and lunch hotspot, serving classic cafe fare including decadent chocolate French toast, luscious smoked salmon omelette and honeyed bacon and poached eggs accompanied by Betty Blue bowls of coffee.
