Filtered beans come from West-Enders Cup Coffee, with hot chocolates made from melted down organic chocolate from Bunker. Try a natural chai latte of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise and bay leaves, spiced with iron bark honey and fresh cracked pepper. A simple, though delicious, food menu includes avocado on your choice of toast, gluten-free chocolate brownies, almond croissants, frittatas and cookies.
