When you think about it, pizza is one of the most convenient and satisfying meals we can buy. Not only is pizza one of the most deliverable foods, but now food trucks are trundling around town dispensing them fresh to hungry mouths. Rolling Stone Pizza is one of the best food trucks in town, and one of the first to be built within a Renault Master Platform Chassis, which provides a lower and more comfortable serving height than any other truck around. What’s better is that Rolling Stone Pizza is also the first food truck in Brisbane to offer wood-fired pizza from its own imported Italian wood-fire oven. The oven pumps out a huge range of pizzas (classics and gourmet options), calzones and even a few breakfast options for morning events with fresh, locally sourced produce, while a 40-inch television keeps patrons entertained while they wait. A selection of desserts, salads and gelato is also available to round out your meal. Rolling Stone Pizza has two food trucks roaming around town, regularly popping up at the Jan Powers Twilight Markets at Hawthorne, All Inn Brewing, at Wandering Cooks for  Thank Truck It’s Thursday events and the Ipswich Food Fair In the Square. Check out the Facebook page to find out where you can catch a slice this weekend.
