In the heart of Moorooka’s industrial neighbourhood sits Ripe Espresso Bar – a cafe that is determined to bringing a touch of barista-made goodness to an area that craves it. Owned by RAW Dance’s founder and artistic director Andrew Fee, Ripe is serving organic coffee and tea from Merlo, in addition to a range of bites from You Foodz and Little Miss Muffin. The cafe is a perfect space for business meetings and as a community hub, with an peaceful outdoor sanctuary surrounded by greenery ideal for get-togethers. Ripe Espresso Bar is also aiming to reduce waste by serving BioPak takeaway cups, and the following weeks will see the cafe serve bags of coffee beans and tea to purchase for home, in addition to new food items including brownies and protein balls.
