After gaining a cult following with eateries peppered throughout Sydney and Melbourne, Ribs & Burgers has finally made its way to Queensland, with the first Brisbane store being a joint-venture project between Pony Dining and Ribs & Burgers Australia. Snuggled in the Centro on James complex in Fortitude Valley, the bistro diner offers a range of premium steaks, slow-cooked ribs and gourmet burgers. All meats are free range, grass fed and free from hormones, antibiotics and steroids, while also kept well away from binding agents, salt and flavourings. The kitchen’s selection of sauces and basting mixes are based on family recipes that have been passed down through generations and all buns have been rolled by hand.
