Ribs & Burgers at Trafalgar Lane was the first eatery to open at the Woolloongabba development in June 2016. Following on from the success of the first location at James Street, Ribs & Burgers Woolloongabba keeps to the winning formula that earned rave reviews from ravenous punters. Like the name suggests, Ribs & Burgers offers succulent meaty morsels in the form of ribs and burgers, but the menu is fleshed out with salads, fries, onion rings, sliders, naked burgers and other protein-based dishes. In addition to the food offering, Ribs & Burgers serves up cold beer from the likes of James Squire and White Rabbit, as well as wines and adult thick-shakes.
