Putia Pure Food Kitchen

Chef Dominique Rizzo’s Banyo cafe, Putia Pure Food Kitchen is not your run-of-the-mill establishment. The seasoned foodie has not only created a north side haven for seekers of delicious and organic meals, but also a venue that doubles as a pantry, catering business and a cooking school. Putia boasts a large al fresco style dining area that is perfect for a weekend brunch. Menu items range from Putia’s all day dining menu including many of our favourite breakfast and lunch dishes with free range meat and chicken, sustainable seafood and vegan and vegetarian dishes, plus 90% gluten free choices. Ingredients are sourced from some of the finest producers in Queensland but the location also comes complete with its own garden that produces various herbs and edible flowers, which are used in many of the dishes. The pantry portion of Putia sell gift hampers and a special selection of handmade products made with local and natural ingredients. Putia also hosts cooking classes, wine and food appreciation nights.
