Project 41


Project 41 set to opened in early 2016 on O’Connell Terrace, immediately getting people talking thanks to a fresh approach to both food and coffee. Project 41 is a combined project from pals Stefan Blee (ex-London Fields chef) and Kieran Westlake, who have brought their knowledge and expertise in the hospitality industry to the project. The focus is split in two – the coffee offering encompasses small-batch beans, with a focus on local, boutique roasters such as Blackstar Coffee and The Odyssey Project, plus one regular rotating local roaster. For eats, Project 41 offers a range of gourmet salads and sandwich options (think jaffles, made-to-order sandwiches and six-inch subs), and also bake an array of pastries in house each morning.
