Phuc Deli-Viet first opened in Indooroopilly back in 1999 and has been offering fresh Vietnamese nosh ever since. Brought to you by Mantle Group, the long-serving hospitality team behind Brisbane favourites Jimmy’s on the Mall, Pig ‘N’ Whistle Brunswick Street and The Charming Squire, the Vietnamese bistro underwent a makeover in 2015, resulting in a refreshed space and new menu. Standing on the cusp of the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre foodcourt near Station Road, the fully licensed eatery offers nosh such as lemongrass chicken curry, crispy duck dumplings and meatball pho to eat in or take away. Wine and beer are also available on tap.
