Paddington Deli & Epicerie
A few doors down from the Paddington Antique Centre, a deli, cafe and epicerie is capturing the essence of an old-world treasure you might find tucked away in the backstreets of Paris. Paddington Deli & Epicerie has been divided into two equally tempting parts, with the cafe and deli occupying one side and dried pantry goods in the other. Browse the shelves for quality products including the likes of award-winning Mount Zero oils, Pepe Saya dairy products, Sonoma mueslis, The Grainge preserves and locally made Roza’s Sauces, or sidle up to the fridge for a wedge of imported French or locally produced cheese. The packed deli cabinet is also filled with a range of plump olives and hunks of meats sliced to order. Sit outside and read the paper as you enjoy breakfast and watch the world go by, or take a pre-prepared meal home for lunch or dinner. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the cafe transforms into a European-style bistro from 6:00 pm, serving up an array of French-inspired dishes.
