Oishii Sushi Bar

The melodic tinker of utensils radiates from the open kitchen at Oishii Sushi Bar, as Japanese chefs show off their perfected knife skills and expert craftsmanship. Plates of sushi and fresh sashimi are arranged like tiny works of art, each piece lined up in a perfect row and topped with sprinkles of sesame seeds and lashings of mayonnaise. When you bite into each thin slice of sashimi, it melts in your mouth, tender and full of flavour. Each roll of sushi and nigiri is made using fresh produce, best topped with wasabi and, of course, traditional soy sauce. Combine this with a steaming plate of salted edamame, chicken yakitori and ice-cold Japanese beer.
