Nostimo Restaurant & Bar
Following the The Greek Club‘s substantial renovation, the iconic community hub announced the opening of its signature restaurant Nostimo Restaurant & Bar. Nostimo welcomed acclaimed Sydney-based Greek chef David Tsirekas as its chef in residence, who has brought his signature approach to the restaurant, drawing upon techniques he’s honed in his role as executive chef at Sydney’s 1821. Although he is splitting his time between Sydney and Brisbane, David is working closely with the Nostimo culinary team to share his vision and visit the restaurant every month. The restaurant presents a modern interpretation of a traditional Greek dining experience – with signature dishes such as zesty barbecued swordfish kalamaki skewers, lentil and sweet pea moussaka, horopita and twice-fried mini chicken drumettes.
