Mylk + Ko
February 2017 saw a new face emerge on the wholesome food scene, one that boasted some of the most colourful and fun dishes we’d seen in some time. Mylk + Ko is the brainchild of Ines Scholtes, a lawyer-turned-Instagram sensation that aims to make wholesome food fun and decadent. Ines has been recipe tasting gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan dishes over the past few years to present options that are delicious and inventive for the dietary sensitive market. Mylk + Ko serves up an all-day brunch menu with both sweet and savoury options, including the likes of peanut-butter-cup acai bowls, red-velvet waffles, green toasties, carrot pancakes and Iced Vovo mylkshakes. The cafe also serves up Allpress coffee, cold-pressed juices, Old Cossack probiotic drinks and Cocowhip.
