Musette Cafe

Cameron and Sheree Hughes are the brains behind new King Street cycling hub CAMS Cycling Collective – a place where bike fanatics can receive expert indoor and outdoor cycle coaching, mechanical workshop and retail accessories, nutrition consultation, pilates classes and bike storage. Alongside the state-of-the-art indoor training facilities and retail portion, Cameron and Sheree have opened up Musette Cafe – a handy pit stop hawking nutritious bites and top-notch coffee. Musette’s breakfast offering cheekily pays homage to the cycling scene it looks to feed, plating up dishes to fuel and recharge after a lengthy pedal. Try The Fixie (soy and linseed taste with banana, coconut yoghurt, fresh strawberries and chia seeds), The QOM (breakfast poke bowl with eggs, fresh greens, roasted cherry tomatoes, avocado, brown rice and quinoa), and the Crashed Avo (avocado and crumbled feta on pumpkin sourgdough with roasted beetroot). The same applies to lunch, which features tasty snacks in saddle-friendly packaging. Quiches, ham and cream-cheese bagels, boxed salads, brekkie wraps, filled paninis and wraps will fill bellies along with Veneziano coffee, matcha and turmeric lattes, teas, cold brews, frappes and milkshakes.
