The restaurant is a Brisbane-based social enterprise, creating training and work experience opportunites for refugee women. For a taste of Africa, enjoy the exotic flavours of the Tsebhi Kantisha – a rich mushroom stew flavoured with berbere, onion, tomatoes and garlic. The Shiro is a delectable dish made with finely grounded chickpeas with oil and spices, served with stuffed green chillies.
