Mozzarella Cucina is one of the newest eateries to pop up in the Everton Park area, opening on the corner of the busy intersection of South Pine Road and Stafford Road (next to Burger Time 69) at the beginning of March. Looking to add a little bit of Italy to the suburb, Mozzarella Cucina’s lavish interiors evoke a classic feel, with fine-dining elements allowing diners to experience and elevated culinary outing without having to travel into The City. As far as authenticity goes, Mozzarella Cucina looks to score top marks, recruiting Italian chefs for the kitchen while also importing a large array of Italian ingredients. Mozzarella Cucina’s menu runs the gamut of iconic Italian fare, starting with small plates and working its way through salads, pasta, pizza and mains. Over at the bar, sippers can select from a range of Italian wines, tap and bottled beer and spirits, with a creative cocktail list to debut in May.
