Montrachet Boulangerie

Not long after Montrachet opened the doors to its new Bowen Hills location, fans of French baking were blessed with a boutique boulangerie situated next door. Montrachet’s head chef Shannon Kellam purposefully expanded Montrachet’s offering during the move to include a considerable baking operation – one that was capable of contributing to the restaurant’s sit-down menu while also standing alone as a highly sought after dispensary of artisan goods. Using authentic French ingredients such as Grands Moulins de Paris Muille flour and chocolate from Michel Cluziel, Montrachet Boulangerie serves up a range of breads, pastries and sweets for patrons to snack on, while also whipping up loaves enjoyed alongside Montrachet’s Parisian fare.
