Miss Claudes Crepes

Miss Claudes Crepes has been a recognisable name in the market vendor scene for some time, thanks to its scrumptious servings of sweet crepes that are devoured every weekend at Eat Street. Inspired by Naima Hughes’ French heritage and her grandmother’s crepe recipe, Naima and Justin Knudson have worked on expanding the business to include a cafe, located in Newmarket Village. Miss Claudes Crepes serves up a large range of sweet and savoury crepes as well as great coffee from Esprosini Boutique Coffee Roastery. The menu also features design your own crepe options, Nutella milkshakes, fruit smoothies and freshly squeezed juices. Sweet tooths and savoury seekers can enjoy crepes for breakfast and lunch, and can stop in for dessert on Friday and Saturday nights.
