Miss Bliss Whole Foods Kitchen
Miss Bliss Treats started less than two years ago when Jacqui, who is a qualified nutritionist, started posting recipes on her health blog. After noticing how much love her Bliss Balls were receiving, Jacqui decided to start crafting the treats to sell, now stocked in more than 20 cafes across Brisbane. The next step for Jacqui was Miss Bliss Whole Foods Kitchen, a bright and airy space on West End’s Vulture Street. In addition to Jacqui’s famed Bliss Balls and raw treats, Miss Bliss Whole Foods Kitchen serves up breakfast, lunch and takeaway delights. George Diacos heads up the kitchen, working closely with Jacqui to create a menu of nutritious-yet-delicious meals. Dishes are unprocessed and refined-sugar and additive free, and use local and organic produce wherever possible. At the counter you’ll find a range of takeaway options, including seasonal salads, chia pots and snack packs. If you prefer to dine in, the all-day menu features ‘toast ‘n’ toppings’, Bliss Bowls (acai or the Not So Nutella bowl with acai berries, cacao, banana, almond milk, choc bukinis and hazelnuts), smoothies and a selection of larger meals.
